Toronto Bike Rack Inversed (3rd Place), 2010
Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto; Industrial
The Iconic design of the Toronto Bike Rack is in need of a re-design. Its contemporary rendition of the bike rack is a graphical inverse, where void becomes solid, and solid becomes void. Each perforation is intended as a space to lock bicycles.
The design was submitted for the Mount Pleasant Bike Rack Design Competition and won third place.
